• 2.5 Cumulative GPA must be maintained 
• Must be an Honors Thespian (with verified points record showing a minimum of 60 points) 
• Must be a member in good standing for a minimum of 3 years of service to the Drama Club. Good standing is defined as an active member of Drama Club, according to ARTICLE II and ARTICLE IV of the constitution. In special circumstances, enrollment in drama classes may be used in lieu of Drama Club service.

Criteria: Students receiving this honor must:

• Earn a passing score on the ADE CTE state assessment 
• Pass all CTE program required courses with a cumulative CTE GPA of 3.25 or better. 
• No semester grades lower than a 2.5 in any class (Including non-CTE classes) during Junior and first semester of senior year. 
• No serious discipline or attendance issues.
• Meet a minimum of two approved program specific criteria as set forth by the program teacher. 
• Active member of program CTSO.

Criteria: Members of the Combs HOSA chapter are eligible to achieve a graduation HOSA stole in recognition of their overarching leadership, participation that exemplifies going above and beyond what is integrated into the classroom, and demonstrates high quality outcomes. There are points awarded for each criteria met. 20pts is the required minimum to qualify for a HOSA graduation stole. Students are responsible for tracking and logging their CS hours in HOSA.org.

Criteria may include aspects such as the following:
● Maintaining GPA above 3.5- 1pt
● Being an elected officer in good standing- 1pt
● Leadership Camp Attendance- 2pts
● Attending Fall Leadership Conference- 2pts
● Participating in a regional, state, or national competition- 2pts per event
● Community Service (10hr minimum) in Year 2- 1pt for each 10hrs of service
● Participated in recruitment or fundraising for NMDP/BTM- 2pts
● Facilitation of at least 1 HOSA community service outreach, fundraiser, or event within Year 2 (HOSA relevant)- 2pts per event

• Must have the equivalent of a 3.0 grade average or be in the upper third of their class in general scholastic standing, for the year of their election or for the cumulative total of all high school work. 
• Must have done superior work in some phase of journalism or school media work. 
• Must be staffers of a magazine, newspaper, yearbook, news organization, online site or radio/television station at the school or conducted by an external organization. 
• Must be recommended by the supervisor or by the committee governing the media. 
• Must be approved by the Quill and Scroll Associate Director.

Criteria: The Coyote Buddies club fosters inclusion and friendship by connecting general education students with students in specialized special education classrooms. Through meaningful interactions, planned activities, and participation in unified events, members of Coyote Buddies make a lasting impact on their school community.

To be eligible for an honor cord at graduation, members must meet the following requirements:

1. Length of Membership

• Must be an active Coyote Buddies member for at least three (3) years. (unless they are new to our district and can be discussed case by case)

2. Participation & Engagement

• Actively participate in the planning, hosting, and collaborating activities that integrate special education and general education students.
• Attend and engage in the weekly Thursday activities, ensuring hands-on interaction with students in specialized special education classrooms.
• Dedicate at least five (5) hours per month to Coyote Buddies. This time includes:
  • Thursday classroom visits and activities
  • Additional involvement includes Unified Basketball games, event planning, and community engagement.

3. Academic Requirements

• Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA to remain an active club member and qualify for the honor cord.

4. Personal Characteristics of a Coyote Buddy

Coyote Buddies are expected to embody the following traits:

5. Documentation & Verification
