I joined the AG Program/FFA my freshman year because my parents and grandparents were in the Program when they were in school. I didn't know anything about the program and I did not expect to hit the grown running. After getting involved I learned so much and got to travel the state meeting people from all over.
The FFA and AG program opened so many doors for me. I would recommend this program for anyone and everyone. Everybody has a place in the AG industry, FFA helps make it easier and helps you find a successful future your interested in!
The AG program and FFA has helped me get to where I am today as I currently serve Arizona FFA as a State officer ( Vice President) which means I get to serve and travel the state to advocate for agriculture and get to visit all the FFA chapters in the state teaching all about agriculture and FFA, including all the activities involved and why agriculture is important. My fellow officers and I get to host state events where all the chapters come and participate!
