Chromebook Check Out & Tech Agreement

You can check-out a Chromebook and charger with out IT Department in room 558.

To log-on to the device you will use the following information.
Username: School Email
Example: 26smij84@jocombs.org - John Smith

Email Format: Graduation year, first three (3) letters of student's last name, student's first initial, and the last two (2) numbers of the Student's ID.

Temporary Password: Learn2lead (case sensitive)

You can review the Technology Equipment Repair/Replacement Agreement (TERRA) (website) by clicking the link.

StudentVUE

StudentVUE (website) is the online portal that student's access to keep up on:
grades, assignments, report cards, class schedule, and attendance. Once you activate your account it remains active for your students' duration at JOCUSD.

To log-in you will use the following information;

StudentVUE Username: 26smij84 (First part of the student's district email address)
Password: Same as the student's Chromebook password

ParentVUE

ParentVUE is the online portal that is used to view important student information such as: grades, report cards, class schedule, and attendance. Once you activate your account it remains active for your students' duration at JOCUSD. There is no need to activate each year.

Parents, we’ve got you covered too!
Plan to pick up your student at 1:00 PM in the Combs Performing Arts Center (CPAC). Afterward, join them in completing Coyote Day activities, where you can:

Pay class fees
Pick up books and technology
Grab CHS gear and supplies
Get everything set for the first day of school
